Hi, I’m Chrystal.

“I believe therapy should be the one place where you don’t have to perform.”
— Chrystal Gray, PhD

My approach is rooted in neuro-affirming care, where your individuality is understood and celebrated. I recognize that "masking" is often a survival tool— a way to meet the expectations of family, community, or a society that hasn't always been inclusive of diverse ways of being. Together, we will peel back those layers to honor your authentic self. Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, a life transition, or interpersonal pressures, my goal is to provide a supportive space to explore who you truly are.

How Clients Might Describe Me: Gentle, Validating, and Collaborative.
